Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, ROM, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and device use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and sessions.
• Support discharge planning and post-therapy recommendations.
