Job summary

On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a field-based liaison to cultivate relationships with client stakeholders and educate contacts about OSSPT's role in injury prevention and management.

The role supports client outcomes, participates in regular meetings, and collaborates with HR, Safety and Wellness teams to implement proactive injury prevention programs and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of OSHA guidelines relating to injuries and workers' compensation.
• Onboarding and onsite training to ensure understanding of OSSPT practices.
• Experience working with a wide range of patient injuries/issues.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops.
• Current Physical Therapy license in good standing for state of operation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Current BLS certification (with AED).

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention/management and its impact on client outcomes.
• Attend and participate in regularly cadenced meetings with the client and client representatives.
• Foster long-term partnerships by exceeding client expectations to ensure high retention rate.
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client needs and KPIs.
• Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client employees and HR, Safety, and Wellness teams.
• Communicate effectively with client HR, Safety, Wellness team members and employees to serve client needs.
