Job summary

On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy in Minnesota is seeking a Physical Therapist to support injury prevention and client on-site services across the North Metro area. You will educate client contacts about OSSPT's role in injury prevention and collaborate with Account Manager to align with client outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling and documenting evaluations, performing ergonomic assessments, and developing proactive injury prevention programs.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license for state of operation in good standing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Experience with injury prevention programs and patient care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention/management and its impact on client outcomes
• Attend and participate in regularly cadenced client meetings as needed
• Foster long-term partnerships by exceeding client expectations and ensuring high retention
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client needs and KPIs
• Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions
• Maintain ongoing communication with the client's HR, Safety, and Wellness teams
• Schedule, perform and document evaluations and follow-up appointments for employees with injuries
