Qualifications

• Must be trained and remain current in a minimum of One Back End Pharmacy area.
• Project coordination skills.
• Must exercise good judgement, problem solving skills and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
• Must have excellent written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to keep deadlines straight and prioritize work accordingly.
• Ability to anticipate future needs and act proactively.
• Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, remain focused and execute work with minimal supervision, able to multi-task effectively.
• Experience with Outlook Scheduling, Excel and Word a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in Production areas as assigned based on the need of the Operation and current training.
• Provide peer support to floor employees to elevate work requests and support needs.
• Assist in the efficient management of programs to ensure timely response and completion.
• Prepare and distribute reports to Supervisors in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with RMG partners and schedule meetings.
• Set up Interviews and team huddles as needed.
• Post communications throughout the pharmacy in all Operations areas to ensure consistency.
• Monitor postings and remove outdated information.
• Coordinate overtime signups and pull data for management.
