Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an automated work environment.
• General PC knowledge and basic software skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make decisions.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Express Scripts products and services preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy standard concepts and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flow of patient orders by eliminating bottlenecks upstream & downstream.
• Respond to machine faults within established time periods.
• Ensure mechanical equipment has necessary consumables and replenish as needed.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and escalate defects.
• Monitor Work To List for proper workflow.
• Escalate machine downtime to leadership as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and 6S compliant.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
