Shields Health Solutions in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a growing specialty pharmacy operation and inspire a high-performing team. You will drive patient care initiatives to improve adherence and outcomes and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver best-in-class services.

This role requires an active Florida pharmacist license or ability to obtain, a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, 5+ years of pharmacy experience, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualificações

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing (Florida license preferred or ability to obtain)
• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably within specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, hospital, or complex patient care settings
• Previous leadership or management experience, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing pharmacy staff
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, healthcare partners, and operational leaders
• Passion for improving patient experience and driving positive clinical outcomes
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement
