Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Clinical Manager of Patient Services to lead a team of Pharmacy Liaisons in hospital clinics and non-clinical settings. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and adherence to best practices to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

You will work with regional leaders to launch clinics, optimize workflows, and mentor liaisons while maintaining a patient-centered, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• PharmD/Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• 5 years in healthcare or pharmacy with patient contact.
• Experience communicating with physicians and nurses.
• Strong MS Office skills and quick learning of programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Specialty Liaison team delivering high-quality patient experiences.
• Coach and develop staff, reinforcing Shields culture at partner sites.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback and development.
• Coordinate cross-team communication among liaison, pharmacy and clinic teams.
• Meet site targets for service, growth and patient satisfaction.
• Identify improvements with health system partners to drive growth.
• Ensure coverage, accountability and best practices for key tasks.
• Collaborate with analytics and support centers on opportunities.
