Job summary

Qualifications
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with active licensure and supervisory experience.
- Minimum 5 years in healthcare/pharmacy with direct patient/clinician contact.
- Experience communicating with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals in outpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Leads assigned Specialty Liaison team to deliver high-quality patient experiences in specialty clinics.
- Coach and develop liaison teams and reinforce Shields culture at partner sites.
- Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, training and development across teams.
- Coordinate coverage and ensure adherence to best practices across clinics.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement growth initiatives and new clinic launches.
- Ensure timely communication with clinic leadership and Shields stakeholders.
