Cencora in Reading, PA is seeking an onsite Call Center Pharmacy Technician to support Tower Health operations. This full-time role involves patient profile creation, entry of prescription plan data, and processing prescriptions.

You will handle insurance issues, adjudicated claims, and therapeutic consults support, collaborating with PBMs and pharmacists. The role requires pharmacy experience and PTCB certification, plus strong communication and organization.

Competenze

• Two years ambulatory pharmacy experience requested.
• Pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or equivalent) required or state cert acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.

Mansioni

• Create patient profiles in the pharmacy information system.
• Enter prescription plan info for processing and adjudication.
• Enter all new patient prescription data into the system.
• Address insurance, reimbursement, and payment issues with providers, patients, and pharmacists.
• Assist with adjudicated claims to ensure appropriate reimbursement.
• Support therapeutic consults with patients as needed by the pharmacist.
• Intervene with PBMs to resolve adjudication issues.
• Supply and monitor ambulatory dispensing robotic technology.
• Deliver medications and pharmaceutical supplies per concierge program.
