• Willingness to arrive within 30 minutes on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous safety observation for assigned patients.
• Calm agitated patients using verbal de-escalation techniques.
• Communicate with nursing staff and report changes promptly.
• Maintain documentation and medical records as required.
• Attend required trainings and comply with department policies.
