Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous safety observation of assigned patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living as directed by nursing.
• Maintain 15-minute checks with documentation as required.
• Report safety concerns to the licensed staff immediately.
• Follow directions of the nurse in charge and assist with transports.
