Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous safety observation of assigned patients to ensure safety and comfort.
• Engage with patients as appropriate and document observations in the care report.
• Support nursing staff with activities of daily living and transport as directed.
• Maintain 15-minute checks and monitor visitors for safety.
• Follow directions of the nurse in charge and assist with ancillary tasks as needed.
