HireArt, Inc. is seeking an organized Operations Site Lead to provide on-site HR and employee experience support for our key client in the United States. You will manage onboarding, respond to HR inquiries, coach managers and workers, and ensure timely onboarding, timekeeping, and policy adherence.

The role emphasizes autonomy, clear communication, and compassionate service while balancing client requirements with employee needs. This is a full-time on-site position in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years providing direct people support in Operations/HR-related areas.
• Strong communication, coaching, and time-management abilities.
• Experience with HR processes, onboarding, and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main on-site point of contact for client and contract employees.
• Log onboarding materials and ensure first-day readiness within 24 hours.
• Field payroll, timesheets, PTO, benefits, and HR inquiries via multiple channels.
• Address performance, attendance, and coaching needs with documentation.
• Own scalable people operations processes aligned with client policies.
• Provide deployment and recruiting support to the client.
