Job summary

Spinnergy Solutions LLC in New York is seeking an immediate People Ops Coordinator to support a high-volume onboarding flow for a 3-6 month term. The role is onsite on Mondays and one to two additional days per week, with some remote days.

You will partner with the People team to welcome new hires, manage pre-employment paperwork (I-9s, etc.), use Gusto and Notion to track tasks, and deliver internal orientations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR coordination experience with emphasis on onboarding.
• Experience with Gusto and Notion.
• Ability to work onsite on Mondays and 1 other day per week in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People team to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires on their first day.
• Be the first point of contact for new hires, guests, and employees.
• Handle pre-employment paperwork such as I-9s and other documentation.
• Present new hire orientation to new hires.
• Assist with employee experience, vendor and building management, and inventory.
• Help streamline and automate processes using the latest tools and AI.
