HireArt is seeking an organized Operations Site Lead to provide onsite operations support for a key client. You will oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing employee experience, while handling HR-related inquiries and performance management.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, clear communication, and building strong client and contract worker relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Direct people support in Ops/HR/Employee Experience roles.
• Experience with onboarding, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-one readiness and onboard new hires within 24 hours.
• Field payroll, timesheets, PTO, benefits inquiries via multiple channels.
• Address performance and attendance issues with coaching and documentation.
• Monitor attendance and submit accurate timekeeping hours for client approval.
• Serve as main point of contact for client and contract employees’ HR inquiries.
