HireArt is seeking a Sr. People Operations Generalist to serve as the operational backbone of the People team in Sunnyvale, CA. This role focuses on ownership of data, reporting, and scalable People programs, acting as an escalation point for complex employee matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in People/HR operations with ownership of programs and processes.
• Hands-on Workday experience with People data, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence peers and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong data-driven mindset to translate People data into actionable insights.
• Sound judgment navigating ambiguous or high-stakes employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for People data and reporting, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee matters involving benefits, leaves, time off, rotations, and other People Operations programs.
• Lead cross-functional People Operations initiatives that strengthen processes, policies, and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements, proactively addressing risks.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboard infrastructure used by People team and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional People Operations projects by setting priorities, coordinating work, and mentoring without formal authority.
• Identify gaps in processes and cadence, drive improvements, and document configurations and decisions.
