Performance Academies in Canal Winchester, OH is seeking a seasoned People Operations Generalist to manage payroll, benefits, and HR compliance. This hands-on role provides responsive support to employees and leaders while building robust People Operations processes.

You will work closely with the Director of People Operations, Accounting, and school leadership to maintain accurate employee data, deliver timely services, and continuously improve processes across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in payroll/benefits.
• Experience with high-volume employee transactions and leave management.
• Experience with HRIS conversion preferred.
• Excellent data accuracy and customer service.

Mansioni

• Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Semi-monthly payroll administration for approximately 500 employees.
• Benefits administration including leave administration.
