This onsite role partners with leadership to ensure accurate data, timely HR services, and continuous process improvement across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll/benefits experience, strong service orientation, and the ability to manage high-volume work with attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with payroll and benefits administration.
• Five+ years of demonstrated experience working with payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS conversion and high-volume employee transactions preferred.
• Strong service orientation and commitment to providing employees with responsive, respectful support.
• Ability to assess situations, exercise sound judgment, independently resolve routine issues, and escalate when needed.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to complete high-volume, deadline-driven work.

Aufgaben

• Employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Semi-monthly payroll administration for approximately 500 employees and SOP documentation.
• Employee benefits administration, including leave administration.
