Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) on the Chesapeake campus. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operations, with a strong customer-centric approach.

You will work onsite, execute standard HR processes, coach leaders, track engagement data, and help translate insights into improvements. The position requires discretion with confidential information and collaboration across site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR business partner or a blend of operations and HR.
• Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience handling confidential HR information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard HR processes with quality and timely service (SLAs).
• Provide frontline employee support and escalate issues as needed while handling sensitive information.
• Assist in coordinating engagement channels and gather feedback for improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and effective use of HR tools.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives and track effectiveness.
• Learn to track PXT data and prepare insights for reviews or discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify improvement opportunities.
