Job summary

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, partnering with PXT and Operations to foster a safe, inclusive culture and resolve HR inquiries. You will support SLAs, protect confidential information, coach frontline leaders, track HR metrics, and promote self-service tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR experience or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential HR information.
• Strong communication with diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Maintain SLAs and accurate documentation of HR processes and interactions.
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate as needed with discretion.
• Assist with engagement activities, feedback channels, and issue tracking.
• Coach frontline leaders to improve engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, logistics, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT metrics and prepare insights for reviews or discussions.
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve adoption.
