Pediatric Home Service is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Richardson, TX. This full-time on-site role supports office staff, nurses, families, and clients by managing caregiver and client schedules and routine office tasks.

Qualifications include two years of office experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; experience in medical scheduling, payroll, or recruiting is a plus. The position emphasizes accuracy, prioritization, and collaborative problem-solving in a pediatric home health

Qualifications

• Two years of office experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in medical scheduling payroll recruitment or related field preferred.
• Ability to prioritize; attention to detail; work independently and give work direction effectively preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff, nurses, pediatric clients and families while acting as a liaison for Pediatric Home Service.
• Coordinates the schedules for direct patient caregivers and clients on a monthly and ongoing basis, considering hours approved and requested and caregiver availability.
• Works closely with nurses and clients/families to ensure maximum staffing outcomes.
• Completes general office tasks such as phones, greeting visitors, mailing needs, ordering supplies, etc.
• Identifies staffing needs and reports to branch administration and/or Human Resources.
• Assists in the payroll process as directed.
• Assists in recruiting and applicant to new hire process as directed.
• Maintains positive staff, client and family relations and promotes patient-family advocacy.
