Job summary

Responsibilities include handling service calls within SLAs, documenting activity, and maintaining assets and inventory while following safety policies and client guidelines. Some travel and occasional overnight assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience or technical school certification.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
