Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform desktop and laptop troubleshooting and deliver responsive client support. You will interact with customers to resolve issues promptly and accurately, within service level guidelines.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, updating real-time reports, maintaining asset and inventory control, and following safety policies. Some travel may be required to visit client sites.

Qualifications

• Tech school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.
• Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients.
• Ability to drive to client locations and handle long-distance trips.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment within SLA.
• Accept and deliver service calls assigned to clients.
• Meet established customer service criteria per guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow policies and guidelines for successful service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and adhere to daily guidelines.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
• Occasional overnight assignments may be required.
