Qualifications

• 1+ years of timekeeping, payroll, or related experience.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems; Sampro experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and ability to manage deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and correct employee time entries before payroll processing.
• Investigate timekeeping discrepancies, GPS gaps, and job-location misalignments, coordinating resolution with supervisors.
• Reconcile employee hours and labor data between timekeeping, payroll, and ERP systems.
• Support payroll processing activities, including wages, overtime, PTO, deductions, and adjustments, while maintaining compliance.
• Maintain accurate, confidential payroll and timekeeping records and support process improvements.
