• Extensive knowledge of payroll processing, including payroll taxes and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, detail oriented, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with payroll/HRIS platforms and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while flagging issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support processing of payroll runs across multiple U.S. states and entities.
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local payroll laws.
• Support reconciliation of payroll data across systems, ledgers and vendors.
• Maintain payroll documentation and update employee information for payroll processing.
• Investigate payroll questions and address discrepancies with timely support.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations, internal reviews, audits and reporting.
• Ad hoc payroll requests as necessary.
