RxSight, Inc. in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll, ensure tax compliance, and maintain HRIS data integrity.

This onsite role partners with HR, Finance, and Accounting to support accurate payroll operations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of multi-state payroll processing, experience with Paylocity, ADP, UKG, or similar systems, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct payroll processing experience in multi-state environments.
• Experience handling weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles.
• Hands-on with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity, ADP, UKG, Paychex, Paycor).
• Experience with general ledger postings and reconciliations is preferred.
• SOX compliance and internal controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate weekly and semi-monthly payroll using HRIS systems.
• Validate timecards, PTO requests, and payroll adjustments for accuracy.
• Handle year-end payroll duties including W-2 and W-3 processing.
• Maintain payroll data integrity in HRIS and support payroll month-end close.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and assist audits.
