Competenze

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Understanding of payroll compliance, wage and hour laws, and payroll best practices.

Mansioni

• Process multi-frequency payrolls from start to finish
• Audit and reconcile HR and payroll data to ensure accuracy
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including multi-state taxation
• Reconcile payroll integrations and bank files
• Process employee garnishments and payroll adjustments
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Prepare payroll reports and ad hoc analysis for internal stakeholders
• Support payroll-related projects and process improvements
• Stay current on payroll laws and regulations
