Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Paycom Payroll and HRIS experience REQUIRED.
• Experience managing payroll for multi-state employees preferred.
• Billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and wage/hour compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time using Paycom.
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, earnings, deductions, and tax docs.
• Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on invoices.
