Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Payroll / Finance Assistant in Canton, MA to support payroll processing and general accounting functions. The role focuses on payroll while assisting with day-to-day finance activities.

Responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining payroll records, and supporting AP/AR and reconciliations, with opportunities to contribute to financial reporting and compliance activities.

Formación

• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Paycom experience.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Our client in the education and human services industry is seeking a Payroll / Finance Assistant to support payroll processing and general accounting functions. This role will focus heavily on payroll while assisting with day-to-day finance activities.

Responsibilities

• Process and review bi-weekly payroll and employee payroll changes
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with payroll reporting and related compliance activities
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting and other general accounting tasks

Qualifications
