Responsibilities

• Duties include patient interaction, customer service and basic office skills.
• Greet, orient and answer patients' questions.
• Record patient arrival in Practice Suite and make followup appointments as required.
• Act as a front line representative, record and maintain reports and data to support operational activities.
• Must manage multiple task and deadlines using organizational skills.
• Will be responsible for entering additional information into other databases, and tracking patient demographic information.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
