Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in HUB services, patient access or patient support programs.
• Knowledge of benefit verification, prior authorizations and copay assistance.
• Ability to manage performance and resolve operational issues.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for team development.
• Ability to work onsite within an extended operating window.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight for a team of health services professionals.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, turnaround times, and team performance.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting accountability.
• Oversee patient access activities involving benefit verification, prior authorizations, reimbursement support, copay assistance, and case coordination.
• Identify workflow challenges, resolve escalations, and implement process improvements.
• Partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to address operational needs.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Maintain a collaborative, patient-focused environment while balancing priorities.
