Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Medical Center Supervisor in Orlando to oversee the successful operation of medical practices across multiple sites. You will lead a team of clinicians and staff, ensure patient experience targets are met, and drive operations to align with financial objectives of the practice and group.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• English: Advanced; Spanish: Preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve patient experience targets and maintain a visible presence in the waiting room during operating hours.
• Deescalate patient complaints and identify root causes to prevent recurrences.
• Lead daily huddles with clinical and operational staff to coordinate priorities.
• Ensure staffing according to budget and lead staff scheduling.
• Oversee facility performance, compliance, and safety policies.
