Job summary

A clinical research organization is seeking a Patient Liaison to support onsite patient recruitment efforts. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in medical, healthcare, or medical research environment.
• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with CTMS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-qualification and pre-screening for patient recruitment.
• Manage patient screening visit schedule and communication.
• Address patient barriers to study entry.

Skills

Proficient in electronic health records

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or other medical license
