Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in healthcare, call center, or medical research required. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with calendar management/scheduling and CTMS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite patient recruitment by pre-qualification, pre-screening and scheduling to ensure smooth enrollment.
• Evaluate eligibility via interviews, medical record reviews, or staff discussions, and coordinate follow-up communications.
