Upperline Health is hiring a Practice Success Coordinator to support our value-based care program, Upperline Plus. This onsite, patient-facing role educates patients to enroll using an iPad and collaborates with clinic staff to hit enrollment goals.

You’ll build rapport with patients, explain program benefits, and help optimize enrollment workflows. No sales experience required, but strong communication and HIPAA awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Comfort with iPads and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Educate and enroll patients in the program.
• Help patients see the value of engaging in the program and guide them through scheduling visits.
• Build rapport with patients and clinic teams.
• Partner with clinic staff to troubleshoot issues and refine enrollment workflows.
• Represent Upperline's culture and values at partner sites.
