Upperline Health is seeking a Practice Success Coordinator to help patients enroll in Upperline Plus. You will educate patients on program benefits and guide enrollment using an iPad in an in-person clinical setting.

This role requires daily in-person presence at partner practices in the assigned region, and is open to applicants residing in Rockville, MD. Teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of professional customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with patients.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients on how the program can support their enrollment.
• Clearly communicates program benefits during check-in or check-out.
• Builds trust through friendly, helpful conversations.
• Works alongside clinic staff to keep enrollment goals on track.
• Collaborates with clinic staff to develop workflows that support enrollment.
• Identifies issues and develops actionable solutions with clinic staff.
• Represents Upperline Health's culture and values at partner practices.
• Explains Upperline Plus and builds trust with patients and staff.
• Communicates with warmth and clarity in face-to-face conversations.
• Works well on a team, follows through on tasks, asks for help when needed.
• Owns goals and works steadily to meet them.
• Stays organized and presents information clearly.
• Feels comfortable using iPads and basic programs like Microsoft Office.
• Handles confidential information following HIPAA guidelines.
