Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• English language proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Proven ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Must overcome objections with a can-do attitude.
• Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Makes a high volume of outbound calls to prospective patients and handles inbound calls from patients and providers.
• Effectively communicates and sells Monogram Health benefits to increase enrollment.
• Outreach to existing patients to schedule exams or re-engage based on missed visits, reinforcing service value.
• Adheres to HIPAA procedures and ensures accurate communications on Monogram Health services.
• Protects patient privacy by following HIPAA regulations.
• Notates relevant data into Salesforce and supports call-related activities.
• Projects a positive attitude, builds rapport and trust with patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned and utilizes multiple software/screens.
