Job summary

Monogram Health is seeking an Onsite Call Center Representative to greet patients and educate them about plan benefits, guiding enrollment into the program. You will work on-site in Tempe, handling high volumes of calls, and collaborating with a team to deliver personalized patient care.

Role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and familiarity with health care terminology, with bilingual capabilities preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to learn quickly and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective patients and handle inbound calls from patients and providers.
• Explain Monogram Health benefits and encourage enrollment.
• Schedule exams and re-engage patients as needed; reinforce service value and overcome objections.
• Follow HIPAA procedures and verify health plan eligibility and communicate services accurately.
• Enter data into Salesforce and support call activities.
• Maintain a positive, rapport-based patient interaction and assist with related duties.
