The role requires working on-site with potential weekend shifts and an anticipated January 2027 start date. Responsibilities include high-volume outbound calls, inbound patient interactions, data entry into Salesforce, and promoting our value-based kidney care model.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• English language proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Proven ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Innate ability to overcome objections.
• Dependable with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a can-do attitude.
• Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales/telemarketing in healthcare and heavy outbound appointment setting preferred.
• Previous home health/care management experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective patients and handle inbound calls from patients and providers.
• Effectively communicate and sell the value of Monogram Health to increase enrollment.
• Schedule exams or re-engage patients based on missed visits and reinforce service value.
• Adhere to HIPAA and health plan eligibility communications.
• Notate and enter data into Salesforce to support all call activities.
• Build rapport and trust with patients during calls.
• Assist with additional tasks to deliver personalized care as needed.
• Proficient use of multiple software and EHR platforms.
