Monogram Health in the United States is seeking an Onsite Call Center Representative who serves as the first voice patients meet. You will reach out by phone to educate them about their plan benefits and facilitate enrollment into our program.

This on-site role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays. You will handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, document information in Salesforce, and maintain HIPAA compliance while building rapport and trust with patients.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing in healthcare is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective patients and handle inbound calls.
• Educate patients about benefits and enroll them into the program.
• Schedule annual exams or re-engage patients per needs.
• Follow HIPAA and Health Plan eligibility scripts.
• Enter data into Salesforce and support call activities.
• Maintain positive rapport with patients.
• Assist with additional tasks to deliver personalized care.
• Proficient with multiple software and EHR platforms.
