Job summary

Monogram Health is seeking an Onsite Call Center Representative in Tempe, AZ to be the first voice patients hear. You will educate patients about benefits and facilitate enrollment, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry in Salesforce. The role requires a HS diploma, 18+, English proficiency, and strong communication in a fast-paced startup environment.

Weekend work may be required. Starting pay is $21/hour, with $22/hour for bilingual candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• English language proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Proven ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to overcome objections.
• Experience in sales/telemarketing in healthcare a plus.
• Home health/care management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts a high volume of outbound calls and handles inbound calls from patients and providers.
• Effectively communicates and sells value of Monogram Health to increase enrollment.
• Outreach to existing patients to schedule annual exams or re-engage as needed.
• Adheres to HIPAA guidelines and communicates accurately about Monogram Health services.
• Notates and enters data into Salesforce as required.
• Maintain a positive attitude, build rapport and trust with patients.
• Support other tasks to deliver personalized care as needed.
• Proficient use of various software and multiple screens.
