The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of medical billing/collections experience, knowledge of billing/coding, and strong communication skills to support patients and providers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with patients to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in patient accounts.
