Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; healthcare billing/revenue cycle experience a plus.
• Certification: CRCR within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with billing inquiries including charges, insurance, copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Clarify insurance benefits and address processing concerns clearly and professionally.
• Collect payments and ensure secure handling per procedures.
• Establish payment arrangements with empathy and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams.
