• Ability to balance multiple priorities and handle challenging situations.
• Basic office skills including 35 wpm typing and 4500 keystrokes an hour.
• Ability to accurately enter alpha-numeric data.
• Experience with Epic scheduling software preferred.
• Cadence Scheduling system training and competencies required.

Responsibilities

• Greets callers and uses standard greeting.
• Responds to customer inquiries.
• Obtains and inputs demographic, insurance and physician information for new patient calls.
• Schedules appointments per practice protocols using scheduling systems.
• Provides pre-appointment instructions and directions per protocol.
