Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs thorough analysis of patient's financial data.
• Documents all account activity for proper billing.
• Captures complete patient demographics and insurance information.
• Determines patient liability and discusses it with the patient to secure payment.
• Cross-trains to all Admission Services functions.
• Performs other duties as requested by senior management.
