Responsibilities

• Explain and obtain necessary signatures for consent forms; provide patient education documents.
• Operate telephone switchboard and deliver excellent customer service with compassionate interactions.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Review eligibility responses and code benefit data for POS and billing to support clean claims.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and distribute required forms.
• Audit accounts for accuracy and generate statistical data for leadership.
