The position offers hourly pay between $17.00 and $18.15, requires 1+ year of customer service, a high school diploma, and a CRCR certification within 9 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation, including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences

Responsibilities

• Handle patient access tasks including MRN assignment and privacy checks.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and relay calls as applicable.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Support POS billing and ensure accuracy for audits.
• Perform pre-registration and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Maintain compassionate, customer-focused interactions with patients and families.
• Assist with ABN screening for Medicare non-payment notifications and documentation.
