Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Verify demographic and insurance information; collect point-of-service payments.
• Explain and obtain signatures on consent and education forms as required.
• Prepare accounts, pre-register patients, and complete insurance eligibility checks.
• Maintain compliance with policies and improve patient and client experiences.
