Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard and handle calls efficiently.
• Explain consent forms and distribute educational materials to patients.
• Verify insurance information and complete demographic data collection.
• Screen for medical necessity using ABN software and support POS/billing processes.
• Conduct pre-registration of patient accounts and ensure compliance with audit standards.
