Ensemble is seeking a Patient Access Specialist for the Front Royal, VA hospital site. You will perform admitting duties for all patients, verify demographics and insurance, and ensure compliance while delivering compassionate service.

Requirements include at least 1 year of customer service experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and CRCR certification within 6 months of hire. This is an on-site role with a pay range of $17.00–$18.15 per hour and bonus incentives.

• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI to improve processes.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CRCR certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital in a compliant manner.
• Assign accurate MRNs, complete medical necessity checks, collect insurance information, and process orders.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and provide excellent customer service with compassion.
• Audit accounts and ensure forms are completed accurately to meet audit standards.
• Pre-register patient accounts, obtain demographic and insurance details, and discuss payment options.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents, including relevant notices.
